My approach to well-being is simple and sustainable

More about me.

“I have come to appreciate that being healthy is much simpler than most would have you believe.”

Growing up French, I have always had an appreciation for home-cooked meals, being lucky enough to have a French mum who is a fantastic cook and always encouraged us in the kitchen while introducing many different foods (merci maman!). I now encourage the same for my clients — try new foods, cook at home if you can and enjoy the social connections that food brings to the table.

After finishing my degree in nutrition, I have come to appreciate that being healthy is much simpler than most would have you believe. This leads my practice on all foods fit, understanding that restrictive dieting fails 95% of the people who try it. I also appreciate that humans lovingly come in different shapes and sizes and that our diversity should be celebrated.

I believe there are 5 foundational pillars for good health; sleep, nutrition, social support, joyful movement and stress management. My approach to well-being is simple and sustainable. I believe restrictive practices are short-term solutions that create lifelong problems, so you won’t see me peddling the latest fad diet. What I can promise is you will receive guidance that looks at you as a whole person, sustainable changes you can implement for long-term success and I will keep you accountable.

I specialise in women’s health, helping my patients feel confident and clear about their goals. It’s too easy to get caught up in the latest nutrition wave, I give my patients the support and knowledge they need to trust they are doing the best for their health.

I’m looking forward to meeting you and supporting you on your health journey,

Best,
